Ingredients (Only 4!)
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 can apple pie filling
1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (cut into quarters)
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or cooking spray.
Spread the uncooked rice evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Spoon the apple pie filling over the rice, spreading it evenly.
Scatter the cut cinnamon roll pieces on top of the apples.
Pour the melted butter evenly over the entire dish.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake 15–20 minutes more, until the top is golden and the rice is tender.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving so the flavors set.
