Hamburger Cups (Family Favorite!)

These hamburger cups are always a hit! Super customizable and great for dinner, meal prep, or even parties. Change up the meat or add-ins to make them your own.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (or meat of choice)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Garlic powder, to taste

Cooked bacon, chopped

Shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby Jack, or your favorite)

Optional Toppings:

Pickles

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Lettuce

Keto-friendly sauces

Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a muffin tin.

Season the Meat
In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Form the Cups
Press the beef mixture into each muffin cup, forming a thin layer along the bottom and sides to create a “cup.”

Fill
Sprinkle cooked bacon and shredded cheese into each cup.

Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, until beef is cooked through and cheese is melted.

Drain & Serve
Remove cups and place on a paper towel–lined plate to absorb excess grease.
Top with pickles, mayo, mustard, or any favorite burger toppings.

Tips & Variations

Try ground turkey, chicken, or sausage

Add diced onions, jalapeños, or mushrooms inside

Great reheated in the air fryer
