Preparation Method

Prepare the Pan:

Line a square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Make the Chocolate Base:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until warm (do not boil). Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.

Sweeten and Flavor:
Stir in the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt if using.

Assemble:
Pour the chocolate mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chopped peanuts generously over the top, gently pressing them into the chocolate.
