Cheesy Herb Quick Bread – Perfect for Any Meal!

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives or thyme, chopped
1 cup milk
⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
2 large eggs

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and fresh herbs until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, oil (or melted butter), and eggs until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
