Ingredients

10 oz gumdrop candy (such as DOTS), cut into halves if large
10 oz mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1¾ cups white chocolate chips
Preparation Method
Prepare the Pan
Line a loaf pan or small baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease if needed.
Melt the Base
In a large saucepan over low heat, add the butter and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.

Add Marshmallows
Add the mini marshmallows to the melted mixture. Stir gently until they are mostly melted and fully coated, creating a thick and sticky mixture.

Fold in Gumdrops
Remove the pan from heat and quickly fold in the gumdrops, mixing just until evenly distributed.

Set the Candy
Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Press it down evenly using a spatula or lightly greased hands.
Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm and fully set.

Slice & Serve
Lift the candy out using the parchment paper, cut into small squares, and enjoy!
