Ingredients
1½ cups pecans, finely chopped
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (or crushed digestive biscuits)
½ cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup melted butter
⅓ cup maple syrup (or corn syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of salt

Powdered sugar
Melted chocolate
Finely chopped pecans
Preparation Method
In a large bowl, combine the chopped pecans and graham cracker crumbs.
Add the brown sugar, cinnamon (if using), and salt. Mix well.
Pour in the melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture becomes sticky and fully combined.
Using your hands or a small scoop, roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
If desired, roll the balls in powdered sugar, chopped pecans, or dip them in melted chocolate.
Place the pecan pie balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
