Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls recipe:

Ingredients:
1 can crescent roll dough
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
1 tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and press seams together. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a small border.
Spoon blueberry filling over the cream cheese. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into individual rolls.
Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
