This Chicken and Potato Bake is a simple, comforting oven meal that’s perfect for busy days. Tender chicken, soft roasted potatoes, and flavorful green beans are all coated in savory Italian seasoning and baked together until golden and delicious. Ingredients

2–3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size cubes

3–5 small to medium potatoes, diced

1½ cans green beans, drained

1 packet dry Italian dressing mix

2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, for extra moisture)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with foil.

In a large bowl, add the cubed chicken, diced potatoes, and green beans.

Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over the ingredients.

Drizzle with olive oil if using, then season lightly with salt and black pepper.

Toss everything well until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15–20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender and lightly golden.
