Ingredients
For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Twisted Pasta:
12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1–1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for extra heat)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Steak Bites
Season the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.
4️⃣ Prepare the Spicy Cajun Alfredo Sauce
In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
5️⃣ Combine the Pasta
Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce and toss until fully coated and creamy.
Serving Suggestion
Serve the spicy Cajun Alfredo pasta on a plate and top with generous portions of garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
