For the Salad:
Β½ cup cucumber, chopped
Β½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
ΒΌ cup green olives
ΒΌ cup diced green bell pepper or sliced green chili
1β2 tbsp feta cheese cubes
1 tsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
