1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Dressing:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice

In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil for 10–15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the cooked beef to the salad bowl and drizzle with the dressing. Toss everything together until well coated.
