If you’re craving classic comfort food with bold, no-nonsense flavor, this Snoop Dogg–style Easy Meatloaf delivers every time. It’s juicy, cheesy, and packed with savory goodness—perfect for family dinners, meal prep, or when you want something hearty and satisfying without complicated steps. Simple ingredients, big flavor… just how Snoop likes it
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
½ lb ground pork (optional, for extra juiciness)
1 cup breadcrumbs
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional but recommended)
½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix the base
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork. Add the breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
Add wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture into the meat.
Season and combine
Add salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and thyme. Gently mix everything together using your hands or a spoon until just combined—do not overmix.
Shape the meatloaf
Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and gently press it into shape. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a classic glaze.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 60–75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) and the top is slightly caramelized.
Rest and serve
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps keep it juicy and firm.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans, mac and cheese, or a fresh side salad. Leftovers make incredible sandwiches the next day!
