Baked Raspberry Cottage Cheese Cups

Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese

1 large egg

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

2 tbsp rolled oats or almond flour (optional, for topping)

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin or line with silicone cups.

In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.

Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups.

Gently press a few raspberries into each cup and sprinkle with oats or almond flour if desired.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden on top.

Allow to cool slightly before serving. Can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
