- Ground beef (80/20 for juiciness), 500 g
- Small onion, finely grated, 1
- Garlic, minced, 1 clove
- Egg, 1
- Breadcrumbs, 3 tablespoons
- Salt, 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper, ½ teaspoon
- Paprika, ½ teaspoon
- Oil for cooking, as needed
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.
- Heat a pan or grill over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.
- Rest for 1–2 minutes before serving in buns or with your favorite sides.

Tips
