Ingredients
1½ sleeves (tubes) Ritz crackers
Hamburger-sliced dill pickles
Cheddar cheese slices, cut into quarters
½ stick (¼ cup) butter, melted
2 teaspoons ranch seasoning
2 teaspoons dried dill weed
2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama seasoning
(or red pepper flakes, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the ranch seasoning, dill weed, and Slap Ya Mama seasoning (or red pepper flakes).
- Arrange half of the Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Place one hamburger-sliced dill pickle on top of each cracker.
- Add a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on top of each pickle, then top with another cracker to form a sandwich.
- Drizzle the seasoned melted butter evenly over all the cracker sandwiches.
- Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve and
