Dill Pickle Cracker Sandwiches


These irresistible bite-sized snacks are buttery, cheesy, tangy, and full of bold flavor. Crisp Ritz crackers are layered with juicy dill pickles and melty cheddar cheese, then brushed with a seasoned butter mixture and baked until golden and perfectly crunchy. They’re easy to make and absolutely addictive—perfect for parties, game days, or a quick savory treat.

Ingredients

1½ sleeves (tubes) Ritz crackers

Hamburger-sliced dill pickles

Cheddar cheese slices, cut into quarters

½ stick (¼ cup) butter, melted

2 teaspoons ranch seasoning

2 teaspoons dried dill weed

2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama seasoning
(or red pepper flakes, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the ranch seasoning, dill weed, and Slap Ya Mama seasoning (or red pepper flakes).
  3. Arrange half of the Ritz crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Place one hamburger-sliced dill pickle on top of each cracker.
  5. Add a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on top of each pickle, then top with another cracker to form a sandwich.
  6. Drizzle the seasoned melted butter evenly over all the cracker sandwiches.
  7. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the crackers are golden and the cheese is melted.
