Ingredients:

16 oz salted dry-roasted peanuts

16 oz unsalted dry-roasted peanuts

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

24 oz white almond bark or white chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Lightly grease the inside of your crockpot or line it with a slow-cooker liner.
  2. Add the salted peanuts and unsalted peanuts evenly to the crockpot.
  3. Layer the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white almond bark on top of the peanuts. Do not stir.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, checking occasionally to make sure the chocolate does not burn.
  5. After 2 hours, gently stir the mixture until everything is fully melted and well combined.
  6. Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the candy onto parchment or wax paper.
  7. Let the candy cool and set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  8. Once hardened, store in an airtight container until ready to serve or gift.
