How To Prepare Keto Bagel Bites

(Stuffed with Cream Cheese!)

Soft, cheesy, low-carb bagel bites filled with a creamy center — perfect for breakfast, snacks, or meal prep!

Ingredients (Makes 24 bites)

4 cups shredded mozzarella

4 tbsp cream cheese

2 eggs

2 cups almond flour

4 tsp baking powder

Everything bagel seasoning (for rolling)

24 small scoops of cream cheese (for filling)

Instructions

  1. Make the dough

Melt the mozzarella and 4 tbsp cream cheese together (microwave or stovetop).

Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

Add eggs and stir until a smooth dough forms. Set aside.

  1. Prepare the filling

Scoop 24 small portions of cream cheese for stuffing.
Tip: Dip your scoop in hot water between each scoop to prevent sticking.

  1. Form the bagel bites

Divide the dough into 24 pieces and roll each into a ball.

Flatten each piece, place a cream cheese scoop in the center, and wrap the dough around it to seal.

Roll each ball in everything bagel seasoning.

  1. Bake

Arrange bites on a baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
