1 lb (450g) ground beef (or Italian sausage)
1 cup low-carb pizza sauce (look for sugar-free)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup sliced black olives
12–15 slices pepperoni
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped green peppers, mushrooms, or other keto-friendly toppings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cook the meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef (or sausage) until cooked through.
Drain excess fat.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Layer the casserole:
In a small baking dish (like the ones in your photo), spread the cooked meat evenly across the bottom.
Spoon the low-carb pizza sauce over the top.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
Add your toppings (pepperoni, black olives, etc.).
Bake:
Place the dishes on a baking sheet.
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.
Cool slightly before serving — the cheese will be very hot.
Tips
For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes.
You can prepare these in advance and refrigerate or freeze for meal prep.
Try adding a base layer of ricotta cheese or cream cheese for a richer, “lasagna-style” version.
