𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

For the Chicken:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper to taste

Juice from ½ lime (optional)

For the Veggies:

8–10 spears fresh asparagus

½ red bell pepper, sliced

½ green bell pepper, sliced

¼ yellow bell pepper, sliced

¼ onion, sliced

1 tsp olive oil

Pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Season the Chicken: Rub chicken with oil and all spices. Let it sit for 10 mins if you’ve got the time.

Grill or Sear: Cook chicken over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until beautifully charred and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

Sauté the Veggies: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions and peppers for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. Add asparagus and cook another 5 minutes until just tender.
