
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust
- 1 cup eggnog
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- Whipped cream and extra nutmeg for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggnog, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Let the pie cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg before
