
Ingredients:
- 1 sleeve club crackers (about 12 crackers per row)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange club crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together, stirring until smooth and bubbly.
- Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the crackers. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot crackers. Let sit for a few minutes, then spread chocolate evenly.
- Cool completely, then break into pieces.
