
Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp sugar (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 2–3 tbsp butter
- Optional: cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
- Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
- Optional: chocolate or strawberry sauce for serving
Instructions
- Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto half of each tortilla.
Add sliced strawberries on top. Fold the tortilla over to make a half-moon shape. - Melt a little butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar if you like.
- Slice into triangles and serve warm with chocolate or strawberry sauce.
