How To Prepare Strawberry Cheesecake Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp sugar (or more to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2–3 tbsp butter
  • Optional: cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
  • Optional: chocolate or strawberry sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto half of each tortilla.
    Add sliced strawberries on top. Fold the tortilla over to make a half-moon shape.
  3. Melt a little butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar if you like.
  5. Slice into triangles and serve warm with chocolate or strawberry sauce.
