How To Prepare Blueberry Cheesecake Crescent Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberry pie filling (or fresh blueberries mixed with 1 tbsp sugar)
  • 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Prepare crescents: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Fill: Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
  5. Add blueberries: Spoon a small amount of blueberry filling on top.
  6. Roll them up: Carefully roll each triangle starting from the wide end.
  7. Optional: Brush with beaten egg for a golden top.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if you like.
