Ingredients

6 pork chops

Garlic and herb seasoning (no salt)

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2–3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted

1/2 tablespoon minced garlic

Stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Season the Pork:
    Season both sides of your pork chops generously with garlic and herb seasoning. Place them in a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Make the Creamy Topping:
    In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, shredded parmesan cheese, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Spread the Mixture:
    Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the tops of the pork chops and spread it evenly.
