Keto Almond Flour Bagels

Soft, chewy, and absolutely delicious — perfect for breakfast or sandwiches!

Ingredients

2 cups almond flour

1 tbsp baking powder

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz (55 g) softened cream cheese

2 large eggs

1 additional egg, lightly beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Set oven to 400°F (204°C). Line two baking sheets with greased foil or parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour and baking powder.

Melt the Cheeses:
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese.
Microwave for up to 2 minutes, stirring halfway, until fully melted and smooth.

Form the Dough:
Add the melted cheese mixture to the almond flour mixture.
Stir in the 2 eggs and mix until a dough forms.

Shape the Bagels:
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Wet your hands (the dough can be sticky), roll each portion into a ball, then gently stretch and shape into a bagel.

Prepare for Baking:
Place bagels on the prepared baking sheets.
Brush each one with the beaten egg for a glossy finish.

Bake:
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked to your liking.

Cool:
Allow bagels to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
