Ingredients
Cooked steak of your choice, sliced
Sautéed onions
2 Mission Carb Balance tortillas
4 slices mozzarella cheese (per quesadilla)
Avocado oil spray
Optional sides: sour cream, salsa, guacamole
Instructions
Add the sliced steak to the sautéed onions in a pan to warm them together.
Lightly spray one tortilla with avocado oil and place it in a frying pan over medium–high heat.
Lay two slices of mozzarella on the tortilla and let them melt.
Add the warmed steak and onions.
Place two more slices of mozzarella on top of the steak mixture.
Top with the second tortilla and spray the top lightly with avocado oil.
Carefully flip and cook until both sides are golden and crispy.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
