How To Prepare Keto Peanut Butter Balls

(Only 4 Ingredients!)

These are incredibly simple, delicious, and super satisfying. Dark chocolate + peanut butter = perfection!

Ingredients

1 cup salted peanuts, finely chopped (not peanut flour)

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup powdered sweetener (such as Swerve)

8 oz sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Make the peanut butter filling
    Mix together the chopped peanuts, peanut butter, and sweetener until a dough forms.
    Divide into 18 portions, roll into balls, and place on a wax-paper-lined baking sheet.
    Refrigerate until firm.
  2. Melt the chocolate
    Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or a double boiler.
    If microwaving, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time.
    Once about 75% melted, just stir until smooth.
  3. Dip and chill
    Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and return to the wax paper.
    Refrigerate again until the chocolate is fully set.
