
Ingredients:
1 kg beef ribs
5 cloves garlic
6 shallots
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 tbsp chili sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp lime juice
Water (for boiling)
Instructions:
- Boil the ribs until soft and tender.
- Blend garlic, shallots, salt, pepper, and coriander powder.
- Sauté the blended spices until fragrant.
- Add sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, and palm sugar. Mix well.
- Add boiled ribs + a little broth. Cook until the sauce thickens and absorbs.
- Brush the ribs with the sauce.
- Grill until slightly charred and caramelized.
- Serve with cucumber slices, chili, and extra sauce.
