Ingredients
1 kg ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 leek, sliced
2 spring onions, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
500 ml water
300 ml cream or “pastry milk”
2 portions melted cheese (or cream cheese blocks)
Instructions
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then fry it with the diced onion until browned.
Add the sliced leek and chopped spring onions. Let everything cook together and simmer gently.
Pour in the water and cream.
Add the melted cheese (or cream cheese) and stir until it’s fully incorporated and smooth.
Allow the soup to simmer slowly so the flavors come together.
Serve warm and enjoy!
