I’ve made the decision to close the shop on Sundays. As much as I love what I do, I’ve realized I need that day to rest, refocus, and quiet my “business owner” mind. Even when I’m not physically at the shop on Sundays, any business owner knows that doesn’t mean you truly get to rest.
I also want to use Sundays to focus on God — to slow down, be still, and refill spiritually so I can pour my best into my life and my work the rest of the week.
We’re already closed on Mondays, but that day is full of prep and planning to get the week started. (As you can see in the picture ) Setting Sundays aside is a step toward balance, peace, and purpose.
