Super Easy Keto / Carnivore Buffalo Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef, bison, turkey, or chicken
(Bison is amazing in this!)

1 egg

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

A shake of your favorite seasoning
(I used Redmond Real Salt Onion Salt)

½ cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Additional cheese for topping (about ½ cup)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13″ baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, egg, softened cream cheese, seasoning, Frank’s Red Hot, cheddar, and mozzarella. Mix well using a wooden spoon.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle another ½ cup of cheese on top.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Slice, serve, and enjoy!
