1 lb beef strips
1 tbsp oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion (optional), sliced
1 tsp garlic, minced
Sauce:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce (or hoisin)
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp black pepper
Crispy Fries
Frozen or fresh fries
Salt & pepper
Spicy Cucumber Salad
1 cup sliced cucumber
Lettuce leaves
1 tsp chili flakes or chili oil
1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
Pinch of salt

- Cook the Fries
Bake or air-fry until crispy and golden.
Season lightly with salt.
- Stir-Fry the Beef
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high.
Add beef and sear until browned.
Add garlic, peppers, and onion; stir-fry 2–3 minutes.
Add all sauce ingredients.
Toss until glossy and well-coated.
- Make the Cucumber Salad
Mix cucumbers with chili flakes, vinegar, and salt.
Place over fresh lettuce.
