Easy Breakfast in a Cup (or Small Bowl)

(Also great for a quick lunch!)

Ingredients

2 eggs

2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream

¼ cup cheese (any kind you like)

2 Tbsp chopped onion

1 Tbsp chopped green pepper

1 link of chicken sausage, chopped

¼ tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

In a microwave-safe cup or small bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy whipping cream.

Add the onion, green pepper, chopped sausage, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and most of the cheese. Stir to combine.

Microwave on high for 2½ minutes, stirring halfway through, or cook until the eggs are fully set.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and let it melt.
