How to prepare Pizza Cups

Ingredients

Low-carb tortillas, quartered

Cooked and drained ground beef

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Pepperoni slices

Low-carb marinara sauce (such as Rao’s)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Place two tortilla quarters into each muffin cup, overlapping them to form a little “tortilla bowl.”

Build your layers:

A sprinkle of mozzarella

2 pepperoni slices

A spoonful of marinara

More cheese

Ground beef

Finish with another layer of mozzarella

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla edges are golden and crisp.
