Keto Deep Dish Pizza Bake

A cheesy, low-carb pizza casserole that will make you forget all about traditional crust. Customize it with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

1 (8-oz) package full-fat cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1/4 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, ham, etc.)

Additional 1/4 tsp garlic powder (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a bowl, use a handheld mixer to blend the cream cheese, eggs, black pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan until smooth.

Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let the crust cool for 10 minutes.

  1. Add the Sauce & Toppings

Spread the pizza sauce over the cooled crust.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Add your favorite pizza toppings.

Sprinkle with the remaining garlic powder.

  1. Bake Again

Return to the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

Add any extra toppings if desired, then bake an additional 5–7 minutes.

Notes

This is a soft, deep-dish–style pizza—not a firm, hand-held crust.

Slice and serve warm.
