Hearty Beef & Brussels Sprouts Skillet


A warm, rustic, protein-rich dish combining tender beef, buttery Brussels sprouts, green beans, and golden potatoes. It’s comforting, filling, and perfect for a satisfying dinner.

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

300 g beef strips

2 cups Brussels sprouts

1 cup green beans, trimmed

2 medium potatoes, cubed

1 onion, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil or butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tsp paprika

Β½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary

Optional: splash of soy sauce for extra depth

Cook the potatoes

Boil potato cubes for 8–10 minutes until just tender. Drain.

SautΓ© the beef

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add beef strips, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Cook until browned, then set aside.

Cook the vegetables

In the same pan, add the remaining oil.

SautΓ© onions and garlic until fragrant.

Add Brussels sprouts and green beans, cooking for 6–8 minutes.

Combine everything

Add the cooked potatoes and beef back to the pan.

Season with thyme/rosemary and a little extra salt and pepper.

Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes to combine flavors.

Serve hot

Plate generously and enjoy this hearty, nourishing dish.
