Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ onion, diced
½ cup water or broth
2 oz cream cheese
1 bag coleslaw mix
Cheddar cheese, for topping
Instructions
Cook the Beef
In a large pot or skillet, brown the ground beef with the garlic powder, onion powder, and mustard.
Add Flavor & Creaminess
Stir in the diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and water/broth.
Cook until the cream cheese melts and everything is well combined.
Add the Coleslaw Mix
Pour in the coleslaw mix, cover, and let it steam for 3–4 minutes.
Then stir everything together and continue cooking until the cabbage is tender but not mushy.
Finish & Serve
Top each serving with shredded cheddar cheese.
