How to prepare Vanilla Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust:

1 cup almond flour

2 Tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp cinnamon

2 Tbsp sugar

Filling:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

½ cup sugar

1–2 Tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust

In a bowl, mix the almond flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp sugar until well combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking pan.

Bake at 380°F for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Set aside and let the crust cool completely.

  1. Make the Filling

Mix the softened cream cheese with the eggs and ½ cup sugar until smooth.

Add the vanilla extract and stir until fully combined.

  1. Assemble & Bake

Pour the cheesecake filling into the cooled crust.

Bake until the top is just set and lightly golden.

Let cool before slicing.
