Low-Carb Lasagna Pizza

This recipe is the perfect mix of lasagna comfort and pizza flavor — rich, cheesy, and ready in minutes! It’s simple to make and completely satisfying, especially when paired with a crisp Caesar salad.

Ingredients

½ jar Rao’s marinara sauce (or any low-carb sauce)

½ lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned with:

Minced garlic

Salt

Italian seasoning

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 small can sliced mushrooms

About 15 pepperoni slices


Instructions

Preheat Oven
Set oven to 400°F (200°C).

Assemble the Dish

Spread the marinara sauce evenly across the bottom of a baking dish or pie pan.

Add the cooked ground beef, mushrooms, and pepperoni.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly on top.

Bake

Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
