Keto Pepperoni Pizza Chaffles

Crispy, cheesy, savory chaffles loaded with pepperoni and pizza flavor — perfect for keto snacks, lunch, or meal prep!

Ingredients

2 large eggs

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup almond flour (optional—improves texture)

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon garlic powder

¾ cup chopped pepperoni

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.

Add the mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and chopped pepperoni. Mix until fully combined.

Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Add the batter to the waffle maker — about 2 scoops for a Dash mini waffle maker (avoid overfilling).

Cook until the steam stops and the chaffles are golden brown and crisp.

Remove carefully and repeat with remaining batter.
