1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Add cottage cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, vanilla extract, and egg to a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth and creamy. - Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe mug or small ramekin.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, poppy seeds, and salt.
