Air Fryer Honey Butter Garlic Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

¼ cup honey

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken

  1. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  2. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each tender thoroughly in the breadcrumbs and press gently to help them stick.

2️⃣ Air Fry

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Lightly spray or brush the chicken with oil (optional for extra crispiness).
  3. Place the tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket — do not overcrowd.
  4. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
