For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or milk + 1 tbsp cream cheese)
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (optional but recommended)
Preparation Method
1️⃣ Season & Cook the Chicken
In a bowl, toss the chicken cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken bites and cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
In the same pan (or a clean one), melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir.
Season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened, then stir in Parmesan if using.
3️⃣ Combine & Serve
Add the grilled chicken bites to the sauce and coat evenly.
Cook for 1 more minute to absorb the flavor.
