½ cup shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp grated Parmesan
⅛ tsp Italian seasoning
⅛ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the egg, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
Pour half of the batter into a mini chaffle maker and cook for 4–5 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Let each chaffle cool for about 5 minutes to firm up.
Add a layer of Roma sauce and your favorite toppings.
Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
