For the Steak
1 steak strip (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), cooked and sliced
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Optional: squeeze of lime
For the Salad
1 small handful lettuce, chopped
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 lime, halved
Salt & pepper
Optional: drizzle of olive oil
For the Avocado
1 ripe avocado, halved and sliced
Pinch of salt
For the Boiled Eggs
3–4 eggs

For the Juice
Fresh watermelon or strawberry juice (optional addition to meal)

Cook the Steak
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high.
Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook 3–4 minutes per side until browned and tender.
Slice and set aside with a squeeze of lime.
Boil the Eggs
Place eggs in water and bring to a boil.
Cook 9–10 minutes for firm yolks.
Cool, peel, and set on the plate.
Prepare the Avocado & Salad
Slice avocado and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Mix lettuce and tomatoes, season with salt & pepper, and squeeze fresh lime if desired.
Assemble the Plate
Add steak slices, boiled eggs, avocado, and salad.
