Avalanche Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
    Instructions
  1. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and mix to coat.
  5. Let the mixture cool slightly, then gently fold in mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Press into the prepared pan.
  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
