
INGREDIENTS
1 block feta cheese (200–250g), cut into thick strips
6–8 sheets phyllo pastry
3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for brushing)
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Sweet chili sauce, for dipping
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
Cut feta into thick rectangular sticks.
Lay out one sheet of phyllo, brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter.
Fold the phyllo sheet in half lengthwise to create a long strip.
Place a feta stick at one end and roll tightly into a small log.
Brush the outside with more oil and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
Repeat with remaining feta and phyllo.
Place rolls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce for dipping.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
