Ingredients
For the Salad:
1 pound cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, sliced (optional but highly recommended)
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

For the Louie Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
- Prepare the vegetables
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Halve the tomatoes, slice the cucumber, red onion, avocado, and boiled eggs. - Make the dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside. - Assemble the salad
