Ingredients
1½ cups almond flour
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp onion powder
3 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking soda, onion powder, melted butter, eggs, and salt.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
Scoop or shape the dough into biscuits and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
For a golden top, broil for 2 minutes, keeping a close eye so they don’t burn.
