This soft, creamy, chocolate-covered candy tastes just like a homemade Reese’s truffle — and you only need a few simple ingredients! Perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you need a quick dessert.

Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Add the thawed Cool Whip and gently fold it in until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip each candy ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Return to the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Place the tray in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours or until the chocolate is set and the candies are firm.
  7. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!

Tips

For extra flavor, drizzle white chocolate on top.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Add a pinch of sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist.
Enjoy
