1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or melting chocolate)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Mix until fully combined.
- Add the thawed Cool Whip and gently fold it in until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each candy ball into the melted chocolate, coating completely. Return to the parchment-lined sheet.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours or until the chocolate is set and the candies are firm.
- Enjoy chilled or at room temperature!
